Extra virgin olive oil is one of the flagship products of the Di Lorenzo family. The indigenous olives of the varieties Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara are harvested manually and, after a careful selection, they are immediately subjected to milling in the mill.

For its organoleptic characteristics and for its nutritional values (content of polyphenols and natural antioxidant properties), extra virgin olive oil, nicknamed "green gold of Sicily", is the main ingredient of the Mediterranean diet: a real lifestyle, based on such an healthy cuisine to be recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
